How do I select my desired item for order?

Due to the sensitive nature of edibles, Baba bakers & sweets offer delivery on limited items such as Cookies, sweets, packed items, puffs and dry items. To find out about the items we deliver please visit “Online Store” tab on our website.

I am not able to order cake on website:

Unfortunately, we do not deliver cakes, you can check the prices and flavors on website. For order kindly visit our outlet.

How do I place an order and pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Please click on “Online Store” tab once all items you wish to purchase have been added to your cart, follow the steps below to pay with Cash on delivery:

  1. Click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  2. Fill in the “Contact Information”. Click “Continue to Shipping Method”.
  3. Fill in the “Billing Information” and “Shipping Method” forms.
  4. In the Payment Information form, “Cash on Delivery” will be selected by default.
  5. To confirm your order, click on “Complete Order”, note your Order Number which will be provided to you at the “Thank You” page.
  6. Your package will be delivered via courier before or on the expected delivery date. 

How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email and call from our customer care department for order confirmation. If you do not receive an email or call, contact our customer care +92 333 0427747

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

What are the delivery charges?

Shipping Charges are Rs. 180 per kg/product and Rs. 100 on 2nd, 3rd….

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. We do our best to ensure fast delivery and it would be advisable to check your order before placing.

My order was cancelled due to online security, how can I get my money back?

We regret to know that your order was cancelled due to Online Security measures. This is a security measure to prevent fraudulent transactions from going through and to protect our customers from being victims of fraudulent activities. However, please note that we have not captured any payment from you when we cancel your order, hence, the amount will not be charged to you. If charged, amount will be reversed back to card that was used.

Is my personal information kept secured?

All relevant pieces of information submitted by our customers will be kept secured and confidential. Only limited and authorised personnel have the rights to access this information. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.  

Can I get the shipping/billing address of an order changed after it has been processed? It is only possible to change the address of a processed order before it has been dispatched. Please call our customer care +92 333 0427747 and check if your order has been dispatched or not.
